Press Release – Distribution Company Evaluation Criteria

The Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), Ms. Bolanle Onagoruwa, has disclosed that bidders for the eleven distribution companies created out of Power Holding Company of Nigeria will be required to submit a proposal showing their Aggregate Technical, Commercial and Collection (ATC &C) loss reduction programme for the first five years. This requirement will be at the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage of the privatization exercise of the successor companies. To see the full press release, click on the following link:

Deadline for EOI Submission Extended (February 17, 2011)

The Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) wishes to thank all the investors and other stakeholders who attended the successful Investor Forums.

BPE would further like to communicate to all interested Investors that the deadline for EOI submission has been extended to March 4th, 2011.
